I have suffered with heartburn and acid reflux for years. I was taking prilosec, or tums or both together for years. I was having back spasms and pain in my chest, up my arm and neck. Sorry to hear you have BE. Did you get a 2nd opinion of your biopsy slides when you were diagnosed with BE?
How long (in cm) is your Barrett's segment? Did the pathology report say you had dysplasia?
