Hello, I wish someone could help me and give your opinion about my case:

I'm a 25 y/o male experiencing for about a month and a half pain / discomfort, heaviness and bloating, mainly around and under my navel ( It feels like I'm carrying a brick inside my abdomen). Also I have had changes in bowel habit. Normally I would go daily, now takes me 1 days or so and the stools are softer and clear; I see food scraps together, but I do not see any blood. Also I have to do a lot of effort to have a bowel movement and sometimes I feel like I have not finished ... I have a lot of gas and belching frequently ...

I've done Abdominal CT , ultrasonography and intestinal X-ray with contrast, all normal. Next step may be an endoscopy. I've had similar symptoms at other times, but they never lasted so long. I'm using DICETEL twice a day for a week and haven't improved anything ...The most terrifying is that I even wake up with diffuse belly ache in the early morning. I can hear the sounds of my bowel and I have a lot of belching and gases. When I wake up my belly hurts like never before and when I eat a get much better ... I haven't lost weight, don't smoke or drink. I honestly do not know where it will stop, please help me....
